磷酸二氢钾，又称一磷酸钾或 MKP，分子式为 KH2PO4，CAS 号为 7778-77-0，欧盟食品添加剂编号为 E340(i)。产品为无色晶体或白色颗粒状粉末，易溶于水，水溶液呈弱酸性，pH 约为 4.5。
它是磷酸钾系列中的酸式盐，通常与碱性的磷酸氢二钾配合使用，而非相互替代。两者组合构成缓冲对，可按任意比例复配，将产品稳定在约 4.5 至 9 之间的设定 pH，并在加入酸或碱时维持该 pH。因此该缓冲对常见于等渗饮料和蛋白饮料中，在这类产品中，货架期内的 pH 漂移会同时影响口感和蛋白质稳定性。除缓冲作用外，MKP 还提供易于利用的钾和磷，因而成为发酵培养基以及电解质和运动营养配方中的常用营养盐，并且完全不引入钠，这对低钠产品很重要。
