    Can we get a specification, COA and SDS before approving an ingredient?

    Yes. The nominated source provides a current specification and a representative or batch COA, plus safety data where relevant. Allergen, GMO, halal or kosher papers follow where they exist for that plant.

    Can we trial a sample in our recipe before ordering?

    Usually, if the source can release one. Tell us the grade, the amount you need to trial and your pilot-plant address; availability, cost and dispatch are confirmed before the sample leaves for your dosage or shelf-life tests.
