About Bio Green Foods
From acidity and shelf life to texture and sweetness, we help food and beverage manufacturers define their ingredient requirement and source against an agreed specification.
Who we are
Ingredients selected for the food you make
Bio Green Foods is the food-ingredients unit of Bio Green Wax Ltd, not a separate legal company. The unit brings a food-formulation focus to ingredient enquiries; contracts and invoicing remain with the registered company.
An ingredient's name is only the starting point. Physical form, process conditions, the finished food and the destination market all matter when selecting a grade. We bring those requirements into the sourcing brief before a commercial offer is agreed.
Our range covers preservatives, acidulants and food salts, sweeteners and starch derivatives, hydrocolloids and proteins, leavening agents and phosphates. Product selection is led by the buyer's formulation and supplier-approval requirements, rather than a promise that one grade fits every application.
Our purpose
Help manufacturers make informed ingredient-sourcing decisions through clear specifications, relevant source documents and practical coordination from enquiry to delivery.

From enquiry to agreed supply
- 01
Define the function
Tell us what the ingredient needs to do: control acidity, support preservation, build texture, add sweetness or provide leavening.
- 02
Review the grade
Compare the proposed specification and available source documents with your formulation and supplier-approval requirements.
- 03
Plan the trial
Agree sample requirements and assess performance in your process before approving a production supply.
- 04
Confirm the order
Finalise the source, pack format, quantity, commercial terms and delivery requirements before shipment.
Documentation for an informed decision
Food-grade identity alone does not establish permission for every food or country. Confirm permitted use, limits and labelling requirements for the intended market. Certification availability must be checked for the nominated product and manufacturing site.

Questions about Bio Green Foods
Which food additives and bulk ingredients does Bio Green Foods supply?
The range includes preservatives, acidulants, sweeteners, hydrocolloids, leavening agents and phosphates. Browse individual products for their intended applications, then confirm the exact grade and availability with our team.
Can you match an additive to our E-number specification?
Yes. Give us the E number, the purity reference you follow (EU 231/2012, FCC or JECFA), the form, mesh or viscosity, and the finished food. We compare manufacturing sources with that brief and state the agreed specification in the offer.
How do we confirm permitted use and certificates for an ingredient?
Confirm permitted use for the destination market and ask for documents covering the exact ingredient, manufacturing site and grade. Certificates are source-dependent; a listing does not establish that every available grade holds every certificate.
What minimum order applies to a food additive grade?
It varies with the ingredient, its form and the source: powders in 25 kg sacks and liquids in IBCs carry different minimums. Share your trial and yearly volumes, and the offer confirms the order size for that grade.
How do you protect moisture-sensitive powders in storage and transit?
Powders usually ship in 25 kg bags or jumbo bags; once delivered, keep them sealed, dry and away from heat. The pack type and any storage conditions for the selected grade are stated in the offer.
