    What minimum order applies to a food additive grade?

    It varies with the ingredient, its form and the source: powders in 25 kg sacks and liquids in IBCs carry different minimums. Share your trial and yearly volumes, and the offer confirms the order size for that grade.

    What should a food ingredient quote request include?

    Name the ingredient or E number, the grade or purity reference, the food it goes into, yearly volume, pack and delivery point. Flag allergen, GMO, halal or kosher needs early so a suitable source is chosen before pricing.

    What payment terms apply to ingredient orders?

    Currency, method and timing of payment are set in each offer and fixed in the contract. Verify any request to change our bank details by phoning a contact you already know.
