泛癸利酮（辅酶Q10）

泛癸利酮，商业上普遍称为辅酶Q10，是一种带有十个异戊二烯单元侧链的苯醌。它位于线粒体内膜，在呼吸链的复合物 I、II 与复合物 III 之间传递电子，同时也是一种脂溶性抗氧化剂。
它以两种氧化还原状态供应。泛醌为氧化态，呈橙色结晶，性质稳定，是长期确立的商业品种。泛醇为还原态，更易吸收，但对氧化敏感得多，需要具有保护性的配方和包装。
配方问题主导其使用。辅酶Q10 基本不溶于水，在常温下即使在油脂中溶解度也很低，因此单纯粉末的吸收率低且不稳定。因此商业形态包括油悬浮液、增溶与乳化体系以及各种晶型改性粉末，生物利用度的主张取决于该递送体系，而非原料含量本身。
请明确氧化还原形态、递送体系，以及是否要求发酵法来源的物料，因为发酵法生产的天然全反式异构体优于含顺式异构体的合成品。
