腺苷钴胺素，商品名腺苷钴胺，是维生素 B12 的第二种辅酶形式，也是在线粒体内发挥活性的形式，在奇数链脂肪酸和若干氨基酸的代谢中作为甲基丙二酰辅酶A变位酶的辅因子。
在意图同时提供两种活性辅酶形式而非合成前体的膳食补充剂中，它与甲钴胺并列使用或替代甲钴胺。由于上述线粒体作用，它也是最常与能量代谢定位相关联的形式。
在四种钴胺素中，它对光最为敏感，直接光照下降解迅速，加工过程中还需避热保护。必须在弱光条件下操作、采用不透光包装并谨慎计算超量投料。
