    本品是热食容器专用料的托盘版本：同样的 80C 等级和微波适用性，但配方面向片材挤出和成型而非注塑，以粒料改性料形式供应，并具备食品接触 FDA 合规。两种工艺对熔体的要求不同：注塑牌号必须在压力下流入闭合模具，而片材牌号必须在再加热和拉伸过程中保持自身完整。

    成型托盘的壁是拉伸出来的，而不是注塑出来的，这正是耐热性能在这里成为决定性指标的原因。材料由平片拉伸而成并在模具中冷却，壁中因而冻结有取向；当这层壁在盛有热食的情况下被重新加热到接近软化点时，两件事同时发生：模量下降，薄壁截面再也无法承载；冻结的取向发生松弛，托盘朝着原片材的形状回缩。80C 等级正是使托盘壁在热灌装和复热过程中保持挺度的保证。在微波炉中，电磁场耦合进入的是食物中的水而不是托盘，因此托盘主要靠所盛食物的传导受热，其使用温度由食物决定；它正是顾客可直接放入微波炉的预制菜托盘所需的牌号，而这正是目前多数冷藏预制菜采用的形式。本品以原料形式供应，供买方在自有产线上加工；我们不生产成品。

    主要用于可复热预制菜托盘、热灌装包装、食堂与航空配餐以及餐饮服务。
