本品为带耐热改性的可堆肥吸管改性料，耐热等级 80C，以粒料形式供应，用于管材挤出，并按食品接触用途 FDA 合规供货。它与冷饮牌号使用同一套管材挤出设备，因此一条产线即可生产两种产品，换产只是换材料而不是换模具。
热饮是可堆肥吸管最常失效的场合，因为未改性 PLA 远在现煮咖啡或茶的温度之下就会软化。玻璃态热塑性塑料只有在玻璃化转变温度以下才保持挺度；超过该温度后分子链获得活动性，模量迅速下降，片刻之前还很挺括的薄壁管，在手指或搅拌的轻微侧向力下就会折弯。在杯中弯折的吸管比没有吸管更糟，因为它是在饮料已经端上之后才失效的。耐热改性提高了管壁在载荷下发生屈服的温度，使其达到 80C 等级，吸管因而能在整杯热饮过程中保持挺度。壁厚以及挤出管的冷却和牵伸同样影响成品吸管的使用表现，因此牵伸后的管材值得在产线上加以确认。本品以原料形式供应，供买方在自有产线上加工；我们不生产成品。
