    本品为纯 PLA 挤出牌号，以粒料形式供应，可在常规管材挤出设备上生产冷饮吸管，并按食品接触用途 FDA 合规供货。聚乳酸（PLA）是一种脂肪族热塑性聚酯，由植物糖发酵所得乳酸制成；它在常温下呈刚性玻璃态，这正是薄壁挤出管保持挺度的原因。

    纸吸管是塑料吸管最常见的替代品，却因一个原因被广泛嫌弃：喝到一半就软塌。纸吸管是纤维网络，其挺度来自纤维之间的结合，而水会破坏这些结合，因此管壁从第一口起就逐渐失去挺度，到饮用接近尾声、吸管仍在使用时反而最软。实心聚合物管壁在这个时间尺度上不会吸收饮料，因此最后一口时的挺度与第一口时相同，可堆肥聚合物吸管在整杯饮料过程中都能保持刚性。它的限制在于温度而非时间：玻璃态聚合物一旦被加热至接近其玻璃化转变温度，刚性会急剧下降，因此本牌号仅适用于冷饮；在热饮中，未改性 PLA 吸管会变软，请选用热饮牌号。本品以原料形式供应，供买方在自有产线上加工；我们不生产成品。

    主要用于冷饮吸管、快餐连锁、饮品与果汁吧以及餐饮服务。
