    本品为用于冷藏及冷用食品托盘的可堆肥改性料，以原料形式供应，用于片材挤出和热成型，并按食品接触用途 FDA 合规供货。热成型分两步进行：先将改性料挤成平片，再加热至软化后拉入模腔，因此成品托盘的每一部分都是由原片材拉伸而来的材料构成。

    热成型托盘的失效部位总在拉伸比最大处，通常是某个角：那里的材料从平片中被拉出的距离最远，因而在该处减薄，托盘由此留下一个薄弱点，灌装线迟早会找出来。减薄是否局限在局部，取决于软化片材被拉伸时的响应。若熔体在被拉伸时阻力随之上升，就不会在同一处持续变薄，应力被传递给尚未拉伸的材料，壁厚自行均匀化；若熔体不具备这一特性，则会在最先变薄之处继续变薄，薄点迅速失控。因此，均匀拉伸才是关键性能，本改性料正是针对托盘整体上受控、均匀的拉伸设计，得到一致的壁厚而非偏薄的角部。本品按食品接触用途 FDA 合规供货，适用于冷用和冷藏场合。如需热灌装或复热，请使用耐热托盘专用料。本品以原料形式供应，供买方在自有产线上加工；我们不生产成品。
